This class is designed to help those who
have been diagnosed with stable angina.

This class is for people who want to know
more about how to control diet, cholesterol,
smoking, obesity and blood pressure,
and learn the signs and symptoms

“Calling It Quits” Smoking Cessation
Do you want to kick the unhealthy habit
of smoking? These classes are scheduled
periodically as needed. For a schedule,

CPR for Family and Friends
This class teaches recognition and resuscitation
techniques for adults and children.
Preregistration is required. Fee is
$10. Make checks payable to Sutter Delta
Medical Center.

Infant CPR and Safety
This class will cover infant CPR and
safety. In addition to learning what to do
in a choking or cardiac arrest situation,
key points on topics such as car seat
safety, SIDS/crib safety, home safety
(such as with plugs, cleaners, medications
and pets) and water safety will be
covered. Each family will also receive an
infant safety packet, which will include
information on the topics reviewed in the
class. Preregistration is required. $5 fee.
